The important bits
A few things that keep appointments running smoothly for everyone — thank you for reading them before you book.
Patch test — required
Please note that a patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your treatment. This is essential to ensure your safety and check for any potential allergic reactions.
Unfortunately, your appointment cannot go ahead without a valid patch test.
Cancellations
- Please give more than 48 hours' notice to cancel. Cancellations after this require a £20 cancellation fee.
- Cancelling on the day of your booking requires 100% of your treatment price.
Running late
Please arrive on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be required.
Parking
There will always be a parking space on the drive for you to use — or there's free parking on the surrounding roads.
Lash appointments
- Please arrive with clean, make-up free lashes to avoid losing lash time.
- Infills with less than 40% of lashes remaining will be charged as a full set.
- I don't infill other lash techs' work, but I'll happily remove it for £10 before lashing — please book in for this!

Medical conditions
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or recent procedures before your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and suitability of the treatment.
